Discussion Questions
God has gone to great lengths to bring us into his family. How does God want you to respond by reaching out to others: accepting, including, inviting them into God’s family?
If God was to do a “This Is Your Life” story about your life, where would it show that you are “loving your life,” grasping for identity and meaning outside of Jesus?
What would it look like if you really believed that God accepted you, and that your value was found in Jesus? How would that affect your day-to-day actions?
The vast majority of Christians will never be employed by a church, but every Christian has a “vocation” or calling. How are you living out your vocation in the world? How can you see all of life as part of your calling into Jesus’ mission?
Prayer Points
Pray that God would help you to more deeply trust that, in Christ, he accepts you, treasures you, and is deeply committed to your joy and flourishing.
Pray that you would grow in giving your life away for the sake of Jesus and his mission.
