1. Humanity’s main purpose is to glorify God and enjoy him. How is this currently displayed in your life? Where is this not being lived out that it should be?

2. Jesus’ actions in the temple carry a lot of history and backstory. Why is it so important for us as Christians to be grounded in and connected to God’s story?

3. Jesus cares about our worship. To what degree is our own worship sincere, free from abuse, and free from complacency? (Explore this individually, as a family, and as a church community.)

4. Jesus is the place where heaven & earth meet. In what ways do we try to connect with heaven through means other than Jesus? How does Jesus call us to repent?

1. Pray that as individuals and as a church, our worship would be sincere and God-focused.

2. Pray that we would glorify and enjoy God more and more, and that people would come to know Jesus as a result of our lives.
