1. How do the examples of faithful men and women in the past inspire and encourage you? Do you live with an awareness of a “great cloud of witnesses?”
2. What sin is weighing you down that you need to confess, repent of, and leave behind for good? Who are the people that God wants you to share this with today?
3. How is Jesus calling you to follow him with greater passion and conviction?
4. How is it encouraging to know that Jesus has already won the race on our behalf? How does this truth free you to follow him with joyful endurance?

1. Pray that God would help us each to run the race set before us with endurance and with joy.
2. Pray that God would give you opportunities to encourage someone else in their race.
3. Pray for opportunities to share the gospel with those in your life.
