Discussion Questions

1. Think about your life and the areas that God has given you power. Write these areas down, reflect on them, and then share them with your group.
2. What are the differences between a godly use of power and a worldly use of power? How has worldly power affected and infected you? How is God calling you to repent and live differently?
3. How is the resurrection the ultimate display of God’s power? How does the resurrection change our relationship to power?

Prayer Points

1. Pray that God would fill us up with his resurrection power and that he would remove worldly power from our hearts.
2. Pray for God to show his power by redeeming people who don’t yet know him.
