Join the women of Sound City this fall as we study the book of Philippians! Paul wrote to the Philippian church from prison, encouraging them in their faith and reminding them of their ultimate citizenship in heaven as they sought to imitate Jesus in daily life.

We will be using a free resource called the Abide Study Method to study this book over 8 weeks starting at the end of September. This simple study method puts understanding God and His word at the center and is a great tool whether you're new to Bible study or have been doing it for years. We will have two study groups - one on Wednesday mornings in Edmonds and one on Thursday evenings at the church. If neither of these groups work for you, this type of study is great for grabbing a friend and discussing the questions at a time that works for you.

As we embark on this study together, let us hold in view Paul's encouragement in Philippians 4:8- "whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable - if there is any moral excellence and if there is anything praiseworthy - dwell on these things."

Thursday evenings from 7:00-8:30pm at the church.
