It’s become a tradition at Sound City to have two giving trees during the Advent season, benefiting a couple of local agencies that we have partnered with over the years.
The first tree will benefit Vision House, a local organization that has provided housing, support services, and childcare for homeless families with children since 1990.
The second tree will benefit the local Lynnwood Department of Children, Youth, and Family Services office (or DCYFS). This office directly oversees foster care in our area and is another outreach and missional opportunity near and dear to our hearts.
Every Sunday through December 22, the two giving trees will be set up at the Connect Desk in the lobby of Lynnwood High. Please take a tag or two, purchase the recommended gift card, and return to the Connect Desk by December 22. The gift cards will be delivered to Vision House and DCYFS on Christmas Eve, so please return your gift by the Sunday before Christmas. Thank you for your generosity, Sound City!
