Celebrating | Student Discipleship

On Saturday, January 16th, Sound City Students hosted our first ever One-Day Discipleship Event. Attended by 29 students, the day was packed full of worship, teaching, small group meetings, breakout sessions, and games. Our theme for the day was Know Your Worth, and we focused on the truth that God has given us each an intrinsic value which does not depend on outside evaluations.

2020 Giving Statements

Church family,

It's that time of year - Giving Statements.

In preparation for tax season, Sound City will be sending out 2020 giving statements via email this week, so be looking for an email in your inbox with the name "pushpay.”

Pushpay is an online giving platform our church uses to account for all of the financial gifts we receive. If you have previously given online to Sound City Bible Church, you already have a pushpay account. This could be a good opportunity for you to explore or get a quick refresher on the functionality pushpay provides. You can do things like: review your giving information, set up recurring giving, manage your notifications, update your contact information, and more by logging into pushpay.com.

Thank you so much for your gifts to build up our church, reach our community, and ultimately bring honor and glory to Jesus Christ, to whom we owe our very lives.

May God continue to bless you and give you understanding “to comprehend with all the saints what is the length, width, height, and depth of God’s love, and to know Christ’s love that surpasses knowledge, so that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.” (Eph. 3:18-19)

If you have any questions about your giving statement please reach out to me at john@soundcitybiblechurch.com.

HEED Uganda Update

HEED Uganda Update

We love to give praise to God for the work he does and is doing in our local community as well as around the globe. As a church we support various organizations and ministries who are doing amazing gospel work in the name of Jesus Christ. One of those ministries is HEED Uganda, an international mission organization that was started by one of Sound City’s Covenant Members.
