On March 24th, Sound City gathered together with at least seven other churches from around the North Sound region for a night of prayer and worship. Pastor Aaron shared that it was so encouraging to see what he estimated to be almost 200 people worshiping Jesus together.
This is the second North Sound Night of Prayer that Sound City has participated in, hosted by Alderwood Community Church. Believers gathered together, praying for unity and putting it into practice. Jesus calls the Church to be unified, and there are few things as unifying as prayer.
As a church, we don't exist for ourselves and we want to see the Kingdom of God advance in the North Puget Sound region for his glory. We are encouraged that even more churches gathered together than participated in the September. This event was a great opportunity to lean into our 2019 emphasis of prayer while enjoying fellowship with our brothers and sisters in Christ.
Thank you to Alderwood Church for hosting, and thank you to the Mill Creek Pastor’s Fellowship for helping to get the word out. Let’s thank God for his goodness in adopting us into one family – his own family!
